9.2 Where an account is closed due to a proven breach of these Terms, movbit.vip may forfeit the balance held in the account, including both real-money funds and bonus funds, to the extent permitted by applicable Philippine law.
9.3 Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach by the player — such as movbit.vip ceasing operations in a specific region — the player's verified balance will be returned via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
