You have the right to receive a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to request that movbit.vip transmit that data to another controller where technically feasible.
If you believe movbit.vip has violated your privacy rights under RA 10173, you may file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines through the NPC's official complaints process, in addition to seeking remedies through movbit.vip's internal complaints process.
movbit.vip will respond to data subject rights requests within 15 calendar days of receipt, or within such other timeframe as prescribed by NPC implementing rules. We may request verification of your identity before processing any request to ensure we are disclosing or modifying data only to the rightful account holder.
12.1 movbit.vip strictly prohibits access to the platform by individuals under the age of 21 years. This is a mandatory requirement under PAGCOR's regulations for online gaming in the Philippines. movbit.vip does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 21 years of age.
12.2 If movbit.vip discovers or reasonably suspects that an account has been registered by a person under the minimum age, the account will be immediately suspended, all associated personal data will be reviewed, and the account and its funds will be handled in accordance with PAGCOR's guidelines on underage gambling. Parental Notice: If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has accessed or registered at movbit.vip, please contact us immediately. We take underage access seriously and will cooperate fully with any parental request to investigate and close an account held by a person under 21 years of age.

13.3 movbit.vip does not transfer personal data to jurisdictions that do not provide adequate legal protections for data subjects equivalent to those under Philippine law, unless specific and documented safeguards are in place to protect the transferred data.
14.1 movbit.vip may send you promotional communications about bonuses, new games, sports betting promotions, and special offers via SMS, email, or push notification — but only where you have given explicit, informed consent to receive such communications at the time of registration or through your account settings.
14.2 You may withdraw your consent to receive marketing communications at any time by updating your notification preferences in your movbit.vip account settings, or by contacting movbit.vip support at [email protected] and requesting removal from our marketing communications list. Opt-out requests will be processed within 5 business days.
14.3 Regardless of your marketing communication preferences, movbit.vip may send you transactional communications that are necessary for the operation of your account — such as deposit confirmations, withdrawal status updates, KYC verification requests, and security alerts.
